At Oliver Brown, we strive for excellence in every stitch, but if your purchase is not quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and garment tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
